Studio Policies

 

Appointments
If you would like to inquire about an appointment for the same day, please text me at 503-893-4022.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for parking and paperwork. To expedite the process, you wil be send a link to the digital intake form. Please complete the form at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If this is your first appointment, we ask that you arrive 20-minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete a standard health intake form. Arriving late will deprive you of your treatment time. To avoid delaying our next clients, your service will need to end on time, regardless of when you arrived.

Cancellations
We do ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellation of your appointment so we can make that time slot available to others. With less than a 24-hour cancellation, we will do our best to fill that appointment from our waiting list. If we are unable to fill the appointment, you will be charged $35 or 50% of the service, whichever is greater. We understand that there are always exceptions to this rule.

Illness
If you are sick, we kindly ask that you stay home, so as not to bring any type of infection into our office and our other clients. If you do come in sick, you will be asked to leave and you will be charged a $35 fee to reschedule your appointment.

Pre-paid Client Cancellations
For my pre-paid clients, if you are canceling with less than a 24-hour notice, the $35 cancellation fee will be assessed to your credit balance.

 

Therapist Late Cancellation

In the event, your therapist needs to cancel your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be credited with a complimentary treatment equal to the value of your scheduled treatment. This treatment is non-transferrable and must be used by you.

Studio Protocol
Please silence your cell phones/pagers whenever you are in the studio, we wish to not disrupt any in-progress service.

To avoid disrupting any ongoing service, please keep your voice low while in the studio.

Gratuity
Gratuity is given on the un-discounted service value, so please keep that in mind when calculating gratuity. While gratuities are not required, they are greatly appreciated. A referral is one of the best ways to show gratitude.

Return Policy on Products Purchased
Items purchased may only be returned for credit towards a different product. A 25% restocking charge applies on all unused products purchased. No returns or refunds on opened items. Credit not transferable towards the purchase of a service. Products must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Premium Onsite Services
Onsite Massage Services are available within a 10-mile radius with an additional $10 charge per appointment. All additional miles are calculated at $.58/mile within 20-miles. Please call or email to confirm availability. Onsite pricing options are available online.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available and are emailed upon receipt of payment. You have the option of printing the gift certificates yourself.
 

Payments
We accept the following forms of payment via Square: Credit/Debit (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, HAS/FSA, Invoice). In addition, we accept: Apple Pay, VenMo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, Cash, and Check. Invoices and Checks will be accepted by long-term clients only and must be payable to: Mind Body Spirit, LLC. A $40 charge will be assessed on any returned items for non-sufficient funds (NSF) or stop payment.
